A digital time piece

Not a super complex project. I wanted a nice digital clock and this seemed like a fun project. It uses (some chip) to control the multiplexed LED's. The RTC used is a (another chip). There is aswitch on the side to adjust for daylight saving time that, when switched, automatically syncronizes itself with NIST using an ESP8266. I originally tried using the time radio but had mixed results.
